The Role We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Irrigation Supervisor to oversee landscaping and irrigation maintenance within a master community development. The role involves supervising service providers, ensuring proper landscape maintenance practices, managing irrigation systems, and maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality to protect and enhance the value of the communitys landscape assets. Responsibilities: Supervise landscaping and irrigation maintenance activities across the master community. Monitor and manage third-party landscape service providers to ensure work is completed as per scope, quality standards, and schedule. Provide guidance on plant maintenance requirements, irrigation schedules, and soil management. Implement and monitor preventive, reactive, and planned maintenance programs. Coordinate with Facilities Management team during project handover and operational transition. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all landscaping operations. Conduct regular inspections, monitor system performance, and address maintenance issues promptly. Evaluate contractor performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and cost control.
Requirements Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in landscape operations and maintenance, including 5 years in master community landscape maintenance. Experience supervising third-party service providers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
