The Role We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our real estate company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth, oversee operations, and cultivate strong relationships within the industry to position our company as a market leader. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and sustainable growth. - Lead and inspire the executive team and workforce to drive performance and operational excellence. - Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the real estate sector. - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, clients, and regulatory authorities. - Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in the real estate industry. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to enhance brand visibility and reputation. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. -Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
Requirements - Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in the real estate industry, preferably within the UAE or Middle East. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth and managing large teams. - In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
