Since the announcement of the Royal Estates in August 2014 with an estimated value of AED 2.3 billion, the development is on schedule and is witnessing phenomenal end-user and investor interest in local and international markets. Backed by trusted and sound partners, designed exclusively by celebrity architect Tony Ashai and presented by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, the development promises attractive opportunities for investors and home owners.

“As partners in a project that promises to create and offer an outstanding development which epitomises the essence of Dubai and revolves around modernisation, innovation and superior aesthetic value, Aristocrat Star, PAL Developments and Pacific Ventures continues to work with like-minded companies and individuals who share our vision to stay a step above the rest. After in-depth reviewing, we are confident that the decision to appoint IQI, one of Malaysia's premier and fastest growing international investment and advisory company, is the right choice to meet the unprecedented interest in Royal Estates and it will spearhead our sales not only within Malaysia, but will also focus on the Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Dubai markets.” said Osman Valli, Aristocrat Star Real Estate Developments.

The resurgence of the property market in Dubai since the successful bid for the prestigious EXPO 2020, a strengthening economy and increased local and international buyers who are looking at unique offerings makes Royal Estates one of the preferred investment prospects given its proximity to Dubai World Central. Since the announcement, Royal Estates was showcased at Cityscape Global 2014 in Dubai and owing to the success and increased international demand; the project will gain further momentum with an international road show campaign including Cityscape Riyadh in Saudi Arabia followed by one in Moscow, Russia in November 2014.

Speaking on the new appointment, Kashif Ansari – CEO, IQI, commented, “Dubai's growth story will continue and it is a compelling case for investors and we are excited to be associated with Royal Estates and work alongside Aristocrat Star, PAL Developments and Pacific Ventures to meet the rising attention on a development that provides a variety of lucrative options to our customers in Asia Pacific.”

Daniel Ho, Managing Director, IQI, said, “The association of Bollywood star Datuk Shah Rukh Khan who is the first Indian actor to be conferred the Datuk (equivalent to British Khighthood) in 2008 brings additional interest with numerous affluent fans who want to be a part of this development.
