Reinforcing its commitment to its employees and the community, Securitas UAE – the global knowledge leader in security services, hosted a number of Iftars for its employees across various venues, in line with the spirit of sharing and caring during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
As part of this, Securitas UAE organized an Iftar for its team at Mirdif City Centre, where it handles the complete security services. The Iftar was well-attended by top management of Securitas, associates and officials from the company. The company also organized Iftars at its labour camps which was attended by over 1500 employees.
Gaetan Desclee, Country President of Securitas UAE, said: “Holy Month of Ramadan is the time to reflect to share and care; and we have taken this opportunity to be with our employees and team. As a company, Securitas believes in building relationships on mutual respect and the dignity of our employees – our most important asset.”
He added: “Our long-term strategy to improve our employees' welfare will increase our capabilities to provide better and better services to the community. Securitas UAE has always shown a strong commitment aimed at making a positive contribution to the society and engaging the labour community in our initiatives.”
The company was also recently honoured with a Certificate of Appreciation by the UAE Ministry of Labour for its efforts and welfare programs involving its employees and the labour community in the UAE.
