Philip Chiang, founder of P. F. Chang's, in the Capital to launch new outlet Abu Dhabi, UAE, January 21st, 2014- P.F. Chang's, the world's number one China Bistro, is now open at World Trade Center Mall in Abu Dhabi. The cofounder of the brand, Philip Chiang, flew to Abu Dhabi for the much-anticipated opening of the outlet. During his visit Mr. Chiang hosted a special lunch at the new outlet, where he took guests on a culinary journey, revealing the history and inspiration behind the creation of the most popular dishes on the current menu, including the hugely popular Dynamite Shrimp, Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Mongolian Beef, to name a few. “We make it our mission to ensure that every customer enjoys excellent service, incomparable flavors and an extraordinary experience every time they visit a P.
