Chef Paolo Sari will deliver a night to remember
Abu Dhabi, October 21, 2013: One of Europe's hottest chefs, Paolo Sari, will help run Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat's extravagant anniversary party, this weekend.
Chef Paolo recently made headlines for gaining a full 100% organic rating at his award-winning restaurant, Elsa, in Monaco.
He has even gone as far as to grow many ingredients in his own back garden.
The chef, who will be creating a range of dishes for guests at the event this Friday (October 25) in Abu Dhabi, said: “It is an honour to be invited to celebrate Monte-Carlo SBM's history – especially at the company's first property outside Europe.”
Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat's celebration is just one of many events taking place worldwide to honour the rich heritage of Monte-Carlo SBM. Earlier this year, Paolo spearheaded a 100% organic market in Monte-Carlo, attended by their royal highnesses, Prince Albert and his wife Princess Charlene of Monaco.
The 45-year-old chef, who won his first competition at the age of nine, added: “I've helped to organize the culinary aspects of many of the 150th Anniversary celebrations this year, but this is the one I am most looking forward to. It's certainly going to be one of the best parties!”
The exclusive evening will be attended by VIPs, club members and other personalities from the UAE and Monaco, who will enjoy a private celebration from 7.00pm onwards with a live jazz band, live painting with Remi Bertoche an exhibition about the 150 year Monaco history along with the Saadiyat island development.
General Manager of Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Bill Loveday, added: “We wanted to create a big bang with this event and we know that Chef Paolo will add a touch of French Riviera to an already extravagant evening.”
Members of the public can join in the festivities from 9.30pm onwards, when the real party begins around the club's palatial pool with renowned DJs Kiko Navrro, DJ MaDJam, Radio 1's DJ Simon B and fire-breathing dancers are just a few of the acts that will dazzle guests. Guests will even have the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Monaco for two people, staying for three nights at one of Monte-Carlo SBM's prestigious properties.
Members of the public can purchase tickets starting at 200 AED, inclusive of two drinks. VIP Cabanas and table bookings are available through various packages from Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat.
