Chef Manal Al Alem and Citruss TV Bring New Cookware Collection to the region

United Arab Emirates, October 3 2013: Renowned celebrity TV chef Manal Al Alem has teamed up with Citruss TV, the largest home shopping network in the MENA region, to bring her new range of cookware to the Middle East. The culinary star's latest collection of premium quality kitchen vessels has been designed to ensure the healthiest and most convenient method of food preparation.   
 
Chef Manal Al Alem's new kitchenware selection uses chemical-free Ecolon coatings, so there are no harmful toxins to leach into the food while it is being heated. Ecolon coatings provide excellent thermal conductivity, which means faster, healthier cooking, whilst their non-stick qualities help prevent food from burning and make the vessels easy to clean. Ecolon is highly resistant to scratches caused by utensils, metallic cleaning pads and abrasives and can withstand temperatures of up to 450°C, compared to Teflon coatings which start breaking down at 240°C.

Chef Manal Al Alem's new collection has been designed especially with the region's typical family in mind. The popular gourmet artiste, who is known for her traditional and modern Arabic cuisine, created the set with more capacious vessels to cater for the larger Arab family.
