Balance Café's Menu to Offer Succulent Platters during Month-long Grill Festival

Dubai-UAE: 30 September, 2013 – Balance Café, the unique nutrition and wellness club within the umbrella of the Landmark Group, has announced the launch of a month-long Grill Festival, running from 15 October through 15 November, 12:00noon - 10:00pm.

The menu comprises delicious off-the-grill platters containing meat, seafood and fresh vegetables.

Visitors to the festival are invited to enjoy aromatic flavours with the Mixed Grilled Earth Fruit Delight that is certain to excite the most fastidious palate. Also, savour a variety of succulent grills that are cooked to perfection with dishes such as the Creole-style chicken, tangy mustard marinated beef steak or the fragrant rosemary infused lamb skewers.

The menu features delicious vegetarian options as well. The mouth-watering Mixed Farmer's Delight made up of grilled juicy carrot, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms and tofu will keep foodies coming back for more.

Visitors to the café can also dig into a delectable range of grilled sea-food offerings, including the Mixed Grilled Sea Food Delight that comprises aromatic garlic shrimp, minty lemon parsley, marinated fish fillet and soft flower squid.

All dishes will be served on a sizzler plate with crisp rosemary potato, refreshing garden salad and delicious, freshly baked garlic bread.

Diners can wrap up the healthy meal with an uplifting tropical fruit salad liberally topped up with a zesty lime sorbet.

Complementing the delectable cuisine selection is a range of homemade sauces such as the barbeque sauce, lemon dill sauce and sweet chilli sauce that add an extra zing to every meal.
 
What's more, Balance Café remains easy on the wallet with the menu priced at just AED55 for a non-vegetarian platter and AED45 for a vegetarian platter.
