Nespresso offers 19 Grand Crus with different aroma profiles and has identified three moments during the night to enjoy carefully selected coffees with different intensities. These defined moments are After Sunset, Midnight and Before Sunrise. For the After Sunset coffee moment, high intensity Grand Crus such as full-bodied and fruity Ristretto, dark roasted Arpeggio with cocoa notes and Roma with sweet and woody aromas are recommended. For that Midnight coffee moment, the pure roasted Volluto Grand Cru with biscuit flavours, round and balanced Livanto and the satiny sweet Dulsão are all milder coffees, perfect for late night refreshment. For the coffee moment Before Sunrise, Nespresso recommends decaffeinated Grand Crus including the full-bodied Decaffeinato Intenso with cereal notes and the light and creamy Decaffeinato Lungo or the prefect breakfast lungo coffee, Linizio Lungo. Nespresso sensory experts and baristas have created delicious recipes inspired by regional ingredients including spices and goat's milk, which are easy to recreate and are ideal to share with family or friends. Boutique recipe hour after Iftar will be designed to give coffee lovers an opportunity to taste and experience these unique coffee moments and try their hand at making delicious recipes for themselves. Recipe creations using the special Ramadan collection of Grand Crus include: Oriental Flavour: This latte recipe is perfect for a unique after sunset coffee moment when families and friends get together to socialize. Nespresso perfectly complements its pure origin Grand Cru, Indriya from India, a full bodied, intense espresso, by adding warm frothy goat's milk and a dash of vanilla syrup.
