Home improvement and lifestyle store invited customers to be part of the Catalogue in a unique collaboration
Dubai, October 07, 2019: If you are looking to refresh your outdoor living space, look no further. ACE, the home improvement and lifestyle store, has announced the launch of its new and exciting Outdoor collection across all its nine stores in the UAE.
The new Outdoor range is an important result of ACE’s year-long transformation studying new living priorities, space constraints, budget requirements and a strong sense of conscious living growing steadily among residents within the UAE. And the result is a host of solutions that are new, space relevant, at a wide range of prices and above all, gentle to the planet.
The recently unveiled range covers multiple categories such as Outdoor furniture, Heating solutions, Garden products & plants, Camping gear and finally, Barbecues & accessories. It features world-leading brands such as Karcher, Black & Decker, Weber, Makita, Gardena, Kingfisher and Leisuregrow. Over the last 18 years of operating in the UAE, ACE has established itself as a leader as well as one-stop-shop across all of these categories with no close competitor. The Outdoor range for 2020 comes with a strong commitment to be even better than earlier, surprising and delighting customers in the market.
Commenting on the launch, Justin Roberts, Senior General Manager at ACE said, “We are very excited to launch this year’s Outdoor collection. The range represents the amalgamation of two key findings. First, our customers really enjoy the cooler weather. As soon as the temperatures begin dropping everything from general sentiment to social engagements witness a new lease of life. The market requirements at this time are different from those in other periods of the year. And second, customers want to do more than just decorate their home. They want to personalize their living space that speaks to their personality.
“We have tried to cater to both these requirements with not just a wide range of new products, but affordable prices, sustainable sources and lots of design inspiration. We have put ourselves in the shoes of our customers to understand their mood, their expectations and their challenges. The new Outdoor Collection looks after customers with all budget types, those in villas and those in apartments, even those who look for something new in the market and those who want to think planet first. I am confident that every customer will find something just right for themselves and I look forward to welcoming them across all our nine stores soon,” he added.
The new ACE Outdoor collection is introduced to customers through the ACE Outdoor Living 2020 catalogue, which features over 200 new products that provide plenty of inspiration for customers to revamp their outdoor living space. It will be delivered to over 150,000 homes around the country, in addition to being available across all stores as well as being hosted online at https://www.aceuae.com/en/ace-uae/ace-outdoor-living-catalogue.
While browsing the physical catalogue, customers will have the added convenience of seamlessly switching over from physical to digital by scanning the QR codes in each inspirational setting, which would take the reader to the page on the ACE mobile website where all of the products from the ‘look’ are listed.
From makeover ideas for your backyard, garden or balcony to the ACE camping must-haves list to plan everything from a budget to an extravagant expedition, the new catalogue has something for everyone. It also features an all-important how-to list on growing and maintaining a healthy garden. In line with growing urban trends around the world and especially within the UAE, this year, the ACE Outdoor Living 2020 Catalogue has specific focus around Balcony Living and Vertical gardening. While Balcony Living explores the idea of creating a tranquil outdoor resting area in the reality of urban apartments, Vertical Gardening moves away from the width of the gardening area to instead utilize the height of most homes in order to stack up plants and create a breathing, green wall.
Also, as part of its efforts to engage more closely with its customers, ACE took the unique step to invite its patrons to be part of the Outdoor Living 2020 Catalogue. Over 300 responses were received in just one week and shortlisted customers were invited to star in the catalogue shoot - and the result is an inspirational catalogue that showcases ACE’s outdoor products with the people that truly trust the brand and interact with it every day.
In addition, ACE has taken the first steps towards leaving a better legacy behind for future generations. The ACE team have hand-picked an entire range of products that are gentle to the planet, easy on the pocket and is offering a helping hand towards customers who want to take a conscious step. As a result of this commitment, the Outdoor Living 2020 catalogue has ‘Go Green’ signs beside all sustainable products, helping customers make an easy choice in line with the UAE governments vision on sustainability.
Customers will also be delighted to know that ACE stores and the Outdoor Living 2020 catalogue feature hundreds of products that are available at incredibly competitive prices, labelled ‘Everyday Low Price’ - which means great quality products at great prices all year long.
ACE stores are located at Dubai Festival City, Sheikh Zayed Road, Motor City and Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai, Yas Island, Mina Road and Dalma Mall in Abu Dhabi, Bawadi Mall in Al Ain and Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.
