JYSK Opens Second Dubai Store

City Centre Mirdif opens with VIP event and weekend sales

Dubai, UAE, 3 September 2018:   Danish retail chain, JYSK, pronounced ‘yusk', has today announced the opening of its second store located in City Centre Mirdif with a grand VIP launch and family fun activities over the weekend. 

Following the hugely successful opening of its debut location in Umm Suqeim earlier this year, the Scandinavian homeware pioneers are now offering consumers even more choice in their new outlet.  

During the opening weekend (30th August – 1st September) families are encouraged to head down and avail the brands numerous offers as well as face painting and balloon bending for the little ones.  

The new store caters to all your needs in making your house a home and boasts the city's most sophisticated sleep centre, where customers can test and purchase everything from pocket spring mattresses, memory foam pillows, adjustable bed bases, and much more.

The new store, which will be the largest covering over 16,000 sq will also include sofas, garden furniture and an array of textiles, accessories and everyday essentials – at competitive prices. A dedicated space solely for the unparalleled Danish temperature-controlled sleep range, Temprakon bedding - which has already proven a huge hit here in Dubai, is also available. The bedding has been recognised by NASA as a ‘certified space technology' as it regulates the body temperature throughout the night – perfect for Dubai's soaring summer temperatures.  

JYSK operates over 2,400 stores in Europe and more than 100 in locations in North America, UK and Asia. The brand's move into Canada proved a big hit with consumers, with JYSK opening 59 stores throughout the country. The group has also started to penetrate the Asian market and has branches in Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.
