Dubai, UAE, February 2, 2017: The Asha Sharath Cultural Center, a latest venture from renowned actress & Indian classical dancer Mrs. Asha Sharath, will be inaugurated in Al-Qusais on 2nd February, 7 pm. The centre is conceptualized and established to create a global platform for Acting and Modelling. The Asha Sharath Cultural Center is an extension of Kairali Kalakendram, an institute dedicated to promote various Indian art forms: music, dance, drawing, painting etc. which was started 15 years ago; having four branches across UAE and over 3500 students.
At Asha Sharath Cultural Center, training will be provided to aspiring individuals above 10 years. Each batch will accommodate 20 to 25 students, which will later be divided in to divisions: Adults, Youngsters, Kids and Home Makers.
“Being the latest cultural center in UAE, the new institution offers extensive training to students across various disciplines of art and culture, from renowned personalities in the industry. We are looking at providing an international exposure to students, with one of the initiatives being an offer to top three students, “a wild card entry” to the beauty pageant ‘Mrs. Global India’ without having to undergo the audition sessions at the pageant”, says Mrs.Asha Sharath.
The institute offers a unique curriculum, structured by experts from the industry, setting targets, providing daily workshops, tutorials and feedback sessions. Apart from regular sessions from experienced trainers, prominent actors, directors and artists will be interacting with students to share their knowledge and techniques.
“While conceiving this thought of a cultural centre, I’ve tried my best to make use of all the experience gained through my stint at acting and dance, so that students get the best possible experience”, remarked Mrs. Asha Sharath.
