Summertown Interiors completes high-specification office for Reyl Finance

10th April, Dubai, UAE: Summertown Interiors, the UAE's leading fit-out contractor specialising in green interiors, has completed the office of Swiss private banking firm Reyl Finance (MEA) Ltd, located in the prestigious Daman Building in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The 300 sq m office features a spacious open-plan workstation, conference rooms equipped with modern furniture and fittings, and a welcoming reception area with clean neutral tones. Additional key elements include a bespoke main door which has been cleverly designed to represent a bank safe, as well as individual offices for the company's top management located around the perimeter of the space for maximum exposure to daylight. The office was designed to reflect Reyl Finance's modern approach to banking while maintaining its traditional values and ensuring maximum comfort for its employees.

Summertown Interiors was selected to work on the project based on its consistent attention to detail and ability to deliver a quality project on time. Adopting a partnership approach with specialist professionals including interior design firm Griffin Design and project development consultants White Linen, the team's transparent working style with regular progress reporting ensured the project was delivered within budget. Stephane Hartmann, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, Reyl Finance said: “The project was executed in line with expectations and due to the authority approvals being obtained so efficiently, we were able to move into our new office ahead of time.”

Sustainability measures were highly considered throughout the project – Summertown embraced the client's suggestion to reuse existing furniture which not only promoted the execution of a more eco-friendly interior but also delivered cost savings for the project.  Several workstations were given a new lease of life and refurbished to match the new interior and rigorous international health and safety procedures were applied at all stages of the project.
