Dubai, United Arab Emirates, August 12, 2015: The Dubai Health Authority(DHA) has formed customer complaints committee.

The committee is a ten member multi-disciplinary DHA team, which will be headed by Abdullah Bin Sougat, member of the board of the DHA.

His Excellency Humaid Mohammed Obaid Al Qatami, the chairman of the board of the DHA, said that the aim of the committee is to ensure best processes and policies are implemented to effectively tackle customer complaints and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

The committee will study the customer satisfaction survey results for both internal and external customers and device processes to ensure smooth and effective resolution of complaints.

The committee will also study the possibility of establishing a new dedicated DHA electronic website for lodging complaints.

The committee will regularly update the policies and procedures to ensure customer complaints are always effectively and swiftly resolved.
