German Medical Center celebrates 10 years of medical success

Celebration coincides with successful clearance of stringent CBQ Quality Inspection

Dubai May 21, 2015: The German Medical Center, a multi-speciality medical institution offering world-class medical care in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), has celebrated 10 years of success in a ceremony held at the clinic.

The anniversary celebration coincided with the international medical facility's successful clearance of the biennial CQB Quality Inspection. Conducted by independent DHC auditors, the CBQ inspection is more stringent than global GCIA standards for quality.

The combined celebrations were attended by a roster of visiting medical experts from Germany, including renowned medical professionals Professor Jens Altwei, Professor Lilo Mettler, Dr Diethart Bayer, and Professor Michaela Yake.

“We are exceptionally proud to have completed 10 years of providing world-class medical expertise across specialised disciplines to clients in the UAE. The good news was compounded by our successful clearance of the rigorous CBQ Quality Inspection. GMC has always held to the highest standards of professionalism, and has a roster of visiting experts that are the best in their fields. Over the next 10 years, we're going to keep building on our high levels of ethical, transparent and conscientious medical services and patient care,” said Mr Ravi Dhir, CEO of Healthcare Mena Limited, on the occasion.

The GMC model of medical service sees a local roster of qualified doctors complemented by visiting German specialists who are leaders in their fields. GMC has recently partnered with Healthcare MENA, which falls under the umbrella of Al Masaa Capital Group.

During the celebration ceremony GMC founder and Medical Director Dr Ashraf Kamel presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr Shalish Dash, Founder and CEO of Al Masaa Capital Group.

The occasion was attended by board members and dignitaries from all three concerns. Decision-makers in the audience included Healthcare MENA CEO Ravi Dahir, Healthcare MENA COO Sandip Kumar, GMC Director of Operations Dr Mohammed Bateineh and Senior Director and Board Member at Al Masaa Capital Iyad Abou Huwajiah.
