To celebrate Chinese New Year, British luxury brand Mulberry has created a limited edition version of its best-selling Cara Delevingne Bag.
The Mini Cara Delevingne Bag in Poppy Red Quilted Nappa Leather has an exclusive finishing touch: a stamped ram on the leather keeper symbolising 2015's Chinese zodiac sign. The bag was handmade by skilled craftsmen and craftswomen in Mulberry's factory The Rookery in Somerset, England.
There are only eighty-eight Chinese New Year Mini Cara Delevingne Bags, available in selected locations around the world. Find them in New Bond Street and Harrods stores in London, Galeries Lafayette in Paris, Goethestrasse in Frankfurt, Harbour City in Hong Kong, Mandarin Gallery in Singapore, China World Mall in Beijing, Kerry Centre in Shanghai, SOGO FU-Xin in Taiwan, Spring Street in New York, Forum Shop at Caesars in Las Vegas, Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara, Bloor Street in Toronto and mulberry.com. Eight bags are exclusively available to Mulberry WeChat fans.
With every limited edition Mini Cara Delevingne Bag is a gift: a ‘make your own' pop-out ram in red; a playful ‘Year of the Ram' craft touch-point. Visitors to the Mulberry stores above can pick up their own ‘make your own', and Mulberry has also created a printable version for people to print out and make at home. Those who make up their own ram are encouraged to customise it and share on Instagram @Mulberry_Editor using #InstaRam for a chance to win a Mulberry treat. Customers to Mulberry stores can also pick up bespoke red envelopes to use over the Chinese New Year gift-giving period, when it is traditional to gift money.
