The RF9900H Refrigerator is one of the premium professional chef-level appliances. It has been developed in collaboration with Samsung Club des Chefs. The Samsung RF9900H Chef Collection Bottom Mounted Freezer represents a huge leap forward in food preservation, storage and design. The third generation triple cooling system provides precise temperature control in all three zones, using two compressors and three evaporators, an industry first, for ultimate freshness. This thoughtful attention to innovation, maximizes temperature control. in each compartment. One of the key chef insights to emerge from Samsung Club des Chefs was that professionals prefer meat to maintain an optimal temperature before it is cooked. Samsung's solution was precise temperature control and minimized temperature fluctuation to preserve the freshest quality and taste. Metal Cooling surface inside ensures cool air is sustained on the stainless steel plate on the back of the compartment and reduces the loss of cold air, and maintain the optimal cooling and freshness performance.
Smart 13 Sensors monitor internal and external temperature, maintaining optimal freshness inside. During the day when a user opens the door frequently and external temperature is high, compressor increases its speed to cool down internal temperature. And compressor runs slowly at the night when temperature is low, humidity is high, and door opening.
Flexible Food Storage Options for Ultimate convenience Samsung also understands that consumers are concerned not only with the look and design of their kitchen, but also how their kitchen space is used. With this in mind, Chef Collection has a flexible, bottom right door that can change to a fridge or freezer, maximizing fresh food storage space. It has a Chef Pantry which we can set the temperature at 30° F, the most optimal temperature to keep your meats/fish chilled, fresher and longer without losing the juicy taste. You can flexibly change the temperature depending on your needs; and the pantry is wide enough to store 13” Pizza box and Party Tray of Sushi to serve the best taste. Chef Pan is a versatile separate container from under the shelf, within the Chef Pantry. You can keep your ready-to-cook steak or fillet in this hygiene stainless steel container in the Wide Pantry, then put it right into your oven, and to the dishwasher.
