Abu Dhabi Fund for Development Launches Internal Excellence Award

Abu Dhabi-UAE:25 November, 2014 -Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) today announced the launch of its internal Excellence Award programas part of its priority to develop an organization-wide culture of excellence and encourage a healthy spirit of competition to elevate performance levelsacrossall departments.

The Excellence Award programarticulates the strategic vision of the Abu Dhabi government under the directives of His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
The award will recognize employees insix categories: the excellent administrative employee, the excellent technician, the excellent support employee, the excellent specialist employee, the excellent new employee, and the excellent long-serving employee.
