UAE, November 12, 2014- Gulf Extrusions (Gulfex), a leading global manufacturer of extruded aluminium products, has announced its participation in The Big 5, the international leading trade show for the building and construction, which will be held from November 17 to November 20, 2014 in Dubai, UAE.

The exciting 4 – days Event Big 5 is a leading networking platform for market leaders and key decision makers to meet consultants, designers, manufacturers and builders from construction and design sectors.
With the increasingly rapid growth witnessed in the GCC with the announcements of Expo 2020, FiFA 2022 and many mega projects and infrastructure development, the Big 5 will be the ideal platform for Gulfex to engage in conversations with the stakeholders responsible for the regions development.

Gulfex will be announcing the launch of Fire-X87 which is the Middle East's first locally manufactured fire rated aluminium door & window system with a fire rating integrity of 90 minutes.

Gulfex in association with dmgevents will be organizing a special workshop on November 18th titled “Sustainable Energy Efficient Windows & Facades for the Middle East – Connecting the Dots”. This workshop will feature a shoe box model study on sustainable window, façade technologies which are suitable for the GCC and complaint to the local regulations.
