The company signs key residential facilities management contracts and enters the education sector
Dubai, September21, 2014 – INAYA, one of the UAE's leading Facilities Management companies,celebrates its 4th anniversary this month by signingand renewing a number of key contracts in the UAE.
September will see INAYAembark on a five-year contract with Nakheel for the provision of Integrated Facilities Management Services toseveral of its residential communities including The Gardens, Discovery Gardens and The Gardens Furnished Apartments, having successfully completed a three-yearterm. These projects saw INAYA delivering FMservices to over 8,000 units in 178 buildings spread across 400 hectares. Following INAYA's exceptional performance at the above projects, Nakheel also entrusted the company with another FM contract for Badrah, its prestigious development in Jebel Ali.
