The 15-minute pre-massage focuses on the head and neck, and uses SensAsia Urban Spa's
own bespoke, lavender-based oil blend – aptly named Calm – to target the tiny areas that hold onto tension, including the temples and the nape of the neck.
The scent of Calm is so intoxicating, when combined with the heat of your therapist's hands, that the body responds by instantly unwinding, as the mind silences.
