In a move designed to build the long-term presence of the Corum watch brand in Japan, Montres CORUM (La Chaux-de-Fonds – Switzerland,) announced the opening of its Japanese subsidiary, Based out of Tokyo's fashionable Roppongi district, Corum Japan will be headed by Michio Watanabe - a seasoned watch industry professional in the Japanese market – and his team.
With this appointment, Montres Corum has reiterated its commitment to a traditionally important market and the brand's determination to strengthen its foothold as one of the preferred watch brands in the minds of Japanese watch loversd.
With more than 20 years experience in developing the business of several high-end brands in Japan, Michio Watanabe brings with him a comprehensive view and authentic experience of the Japanese market.
