ShopperInput brings New Mystery Shopping concept to the Emirates
[Dubai, UAE, June 22, 2014] A New ‘mystery shopper' app is set to revolutionise customer service in the UAE. Launched on Thursday, June 19th 2014 , the free downloadable ShopperInput app available in both English and Arabic, connects businesses to a large group of shoppers who voice their opinion on received services and get paid for it, and provide these companies with real-time data.
Developed in Dubai by Ethos Integrated Solutions LLC, ShopperInput for the first time in the Middle East, provides a revolutionary customer experience evaluation service to businesses in a cost effective package. Companies can request information relating to customer service, product placement, quality of the product etc, and our Shoppers can even provide pictures and video feedback.
“With the World Expo 2020 just around the corner, and the UAE constantly working to attract more visitors, one area that needs constant evaluation and improvement is the service sector. Our app allows consumers to voice their honest opinions – with financial reward – while business owners have access to a rich, constant source of feedback which allows them to build better service – almost in real time,” said Robert Keay, CEO of Dubai-based Ethos Integrated Solutions LLC, which conceived and developed the app.
“For Ethos, we have always strived to raise the bar with customer experience because we believe it to be a fundamental force which drives sales figures,” said Robert Keay, CEO of Ethos. “With ShopperInput, businesses are able to improve their sales performance thanks to easy communication with their customers.”
Location tracking and check-in data allow companies to monitor the performance of their locations in great detail, and determine changes needed to improve customer experience. The app can also inform companies of concerns in areas such as product placement, and provide meticulous insights on competitors' performance.
“There is enormous interest in our unique app. We identified a need for such a system a long time ago; where both consumers and businesses benefit. We expect ShopperInput to be extremely popular with the UAE's web-savvy consumers; but it is a real game changer for the UAE's service providers in various industries.
In a highly competitive market, knowing exactly what your average customer is thinking, and knowing what your competitors are doing brings the competitive edge all businesses need” added Keay.
ShopperInput requires no minimum payment or a minimum number of mystery shopping ‘jobs' to be provided by a business. Instead, the ShopperInput system provides a completely flexible experience engineered to provide for any organisations needs, whether single or multiple jobs.
For people looking to make an extra income, signing up to ShopperInput is the perfect way to do so. Shoppers can browse jobs based on their location and carry out the required tasks in order to provide the relevant feedback for which they will be paid.
The app is now available for download on both Apple AppStore and the Google PlayStore.
