Man'oushe Street to infuse AED 6 million towards expansion and improvement of its Central Kitchen facility

26 May 2014 - Man'oushe Street, a popular Middle Eastern eatery that serves traditional, home-styled street food, has revealed its move of investing over AED 6 million towards the expansion and improvement of its Central Kitchen facilities. The move is part of the company's continuing efforts to help improve their operations and to comply with the set international standards on food safety and preparation.

According to the company's senior executives, Man'oushe Street's Central Kitchen facilities has been developed to efficiently carry out and implement its standardization processes and address assistance requirements presented by its franchisees. Measuring at 8,000 square feet, the facility operates on a 24/7 basis and is manned by more than 50 skilled culinary staff. The Central Kitchen, which caters to all Man'oushe Street branches in the UAE including franchisee branches, prepare over a thousand mana'eesh per day along with other popular favourites like bureks, wrap sandwiches, pizza, salads and sweets. Assigned workers at the kitchen prepare all of Man'oushe Street's menu offerings using water that is 99.9 per cent bacteria free. Complementing the Central Kitchen's operations is a specialized logistic fleet that makes sure supplies are delivered on-time and efficiently to all UAE branches.
