Dubai, May 15, 2014: Emrill, the leading integrated facilities management provider in the UAE, is standing tall serving four of the tallest residential towers in the world, including Princess Tower, 23 Marina, Elite Residence (managed by Novus Community Management) and The Torch.

Princess Tower officially recognised as the World's Tallest Residential Building by the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), has enjoyed Emrill's world class services since its opening in 2012. The tower, which soars to an impressive 414 metres over the Dubai Marina skyline, is second only in height to the Burj Khalifa in the United Arab Emirates.
Emrill provides integrated facilities management services including MEP, housekeeping, concierge, security services, and life guards to all the prestigious developments. In addition, Emrill manages communal areas including swimming pools, gymnasium, and common areas of the famous towers.
Emrill began providing services to The Torch which stands at 348metres in 2011, followed by the Princess Tower at 414 metres and more recently, 23 Marina and Elite Residence which stand at 392 metres and 381 metres respectively.
