Pascal Tepper Tells The Tale Of The Waffle

According to Master Chef Pascal Tepper, one of the first-ever Waffle recipes was penned in an anonymous manuscript entitled Le Ménagier de Paris in the late 14th century, after it was discovered that batter or dough could be cooked between two plates.

Over the centuries, the recipe has been perfected time and again and now Chef Pascal brings his version to Dubai, available only at TECOM's favourite Pascal Tepper French Bakery.
