Lose the Jack with Jabra Rox Wireless

Wireless Earbuds Never Sounded so Good

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 17th April 2014 – Hit the road, jack! The new Jabra Rox Wireless ear buds don't need jacks and cables to sound great, they fit perfectly and withstand any abuse.

Rox is already making waves, having recently been selected as a 2014 CES Innovations Design and Engineering Awards Honoree in the headphones product category.

Every single detail was considered when designing Rox, with each part of the earbuds serving a specific purpose. And only the finest materials – including stainless steel - have been used to ensure they can withstand life on the go.”

Ahmed Elkalliny, Jabra Regional Director, Middle East and Africa says, “With the increase of active lifestyles around Middle East, Jabra is pleased to introduce the new Rox Wireless headphones. Jabra constantly aims to exceed our consumer expectations, thus we have professionally designed the innovative Rox Wireless with flawless sounds to ensure they are everyone's go to tech accessory.

The Rox sculptured, low-profile design is based on musicians' in-ear monitors for maximum bass response. You don't have to lose the looks or fit of your current corded earbuds; Rox's comfortable, low-profile fit sits tight and when you're ultra-active it has optional EarWings™ to lock them in. Its unique design allows for powerful speakers that deliver truly remarkable sound, in rich Dolby® stereo. But that's not all:

•    They're easy to connect wirelessly, either via Bluetooth® or tap to pair using NFC.
•    They're IP52 certified, which protects against dust and water.
•    They have a playback time of up to 5.5 hours and in-line controls so you can keep your phone in your pocket.
•    The earbuds have exclusive built-in power-saving magnets. You can clip them together and hang them around your neck or throw them in your bag. The magnets will automatically activate power-saving mode.

And to enrich the listening experience even further, we've included our exclusive Jabra Sound App which now has the new YouTube streaming option so music on the device as well as streamed YouTube content can be played in full-spectrum Dolby Digital Plus sound.

The Rox will be available in the UAE in April and is priced at AED 520.
