Cavalli Club Restaurant & Lounge will officially launch the midnight brunch series on Easter Sunday
Dubai, 16th April 2013: This Easter, Cavalli Club, Restaurant & Lounge is excited to reveal the launch of its Midnight brunch series, that will showcase a gourmet spread of exquisite Italian delicacies weekly on Sunday nights. The concept of a midnight brunch is highly popular in New York and it is fitting that Cavalli, as pioneers in global nightlife trends, will debut the idea in the UAE for the very first time.
With an all you can eat and drink menu for AED 200, Cavalli patrons can indulge in authentic Italian cuisine, inspired by the exotic glamour of the Cavalli family, before enjoying a night filled with show stopping performances and live entertainment.
Chef Ernesto Tonetto, a talented Italian culinary master who has worked at a number of Michelin starred Italian kitchens across Europe and around the world, has also created one of the largest Easter chocolate egg display that conceals a bottle of champagne and will be put on show at the venue from today. All diners will get an exclusive opportunity to win a table of six for simply guessing the weight of the egg that will be exhibited at the venue until Easter Sunday.
