Dubai, April 3, 2014: A delegation from Emirates Post Group's Sixth Postal Zone visited the Center for Traffic and Licensing in Fujairah after it received five-star rating for 2013 and discussed benchmarking opportunities between the two sides, with the objective of learning from the experience.

Mr. Mohammed Al Ghandi, Director of Sixth Postal Zone, headed the delegation which included officials in charge of the project of follow-up on customer service centers. Colonel Ahmed Mohammad Bin Khasib from Fujairah Traffic Centre welcomed the delegation and briefed them on the Centre's activities and facilities.

Mr. Muhammad Al Ghandi thanked the Centre for its warm welcome, and added that the presentation was comprehensive. He lauded the methods and systems used at the center for customer service enhancement.

Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, said such visits were one of the most important means of benchmarking best practices in specialized sectors, in line with the strategy of Emirates Post Group.
