Dubai-UAE: 01 April, 2014 – Citywalk, the outdoor lifestyle concept by Meraas Holding, celebrates Dubai Art Season, the city's umbrella arts initiative launched by the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), the emirate's dedicated authority for culture, arts, and heritage, with the display of an award winning Mirari sculpture designed by Sheikha Maryam bint Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Created to evoke a mirage effect through 30 closely clustered, light-reflective, triangular panels, the installation is on showcase at Citywalk until 15 April.
Aimed at highlighting the emirate's growing creative landscape within the international circuit, the inaugural Dubai Art Season will run until April 15, 2014. As a venue partner of the Dubai Art Season, Citywalk - part of the Meraas Holding - will provide visitors with access to unique art and cultural activation throughout the season.
