Angelo Po, the leading Italian producer of professional catering equipment since 1922, has launched www.monolithe.it, a new, interactive website that chefs can use to configure their restaurant's kitchen according to their specific needs.
‘Our priority as a company designing and producing kitchen equipment is to ensure that our clients, chefs and their teams find in our products the best solutions to their needs', says Giorgio Pignataro, Director of Angelo Po Dubai. ‘We realized that many chefs were not at ease with the process of designing their new kitchen because of the amount of paperwork the process requires. Chefs are practical, visual people, usually very busy in coordinating the hard work of a kitchen; therefore, we understood that to get their full engagement, we needed to simplify the process and make it more visual and interactive'.
Taking inspiration from the automotive industry, where configuration websites are very popular, Angelo Po created www.monolithe.it to enable chefs from all over the world to personalize their single- or double-sided kitchen in just a few easy steps by choosing from among a variety of cooking groups, refrigerators in the base of the cooker and all RAL colours.
The Monolithe is Angelo Po's latest cooking range with one-piece worktop and no welds, made of 3-mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel. The worktop supporting structure is made of 4-mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel.
The Monolithe has a one-piece control panel and chromed aluminium handles and control knobs.
The Monolithe line has been designed to bring beauty and functionality to the kitchen.
