DUBAI (February 2014) – Guest Chef Cristian Nieva from Park Hyatt Mendoza presents a taste of Argentinian flavours at Grand Hyatt Dubai from 23 to 28 February.
Argentina is a meat loving country and the Argentines eat more meat per head than any other country. They love their traditional barbeques (al asador) and mixed grills (parallada) and the art of cooking meat is done to absolute perfection. Chef Cristian will bring this authentic essence of Argentinian cuisine in the form of tender meats as well as mouth-watering seafood to the open kitchens of The Market Café.
Savour a succulent à la carte menu of appetizers, mains and desserts cooked to perfection with specialities such as Empanadas (pastry stuffed with meat), Lomo (beef tenderloin) and Locro soup. Diners can also choose to feast on unlimited Argentinian delights at AED219 per person (including soft beverages).
