DUBAI– Every Saturday and Sunday, Park Hyatt Dubai's award-winning restaurant, The Thai Kitchen, offers a choice of two congee set menus. Congee is a rice porridge dish which is popular across Asia, and is in keeping with the much-praised high standards of Chef Supattra and the authenticity of the food served at The Thai Kitchen. Both set menus include a selection of congee dishes, including pandan and taro congee. The selection of main dishes which follow are made to be shared, and include authentic favorites such as stir fried prawns with garlic and pepper, spicy crispy cat fish salad, simmered duck in five spices sauce and stir fried red snapper with celery, chilli and soy beans, to name a few. The meal is complete with a sumptuous Thai dessert to top off the tantalizing meal. Each set menu is priced at AED 160 per person, and the minimum serving is for two people. The Thai Kitchen restaurant is open daily for dinner from 7:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. The Friday brunch at The Thai Kitchen commences at 12:30 pm and runs until 4:00 pm. The Thai Kitchen, one of the best restaurants in Dubai, serving authentic cuisine prepared by native chefs, has three live working kitchens – one each for wok, grill and noodles – as well as a kitchen preparing only traditional Thai desserts. Reminiscent of the hustle and bustle of downtown Bangkok, The Thai Kitchen has seating positioned around the kitchens to allow guests to enjoy the sights and aromas of classic Thai cuisine preparation.
