Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosts its 9th Annual Networking Event and Mega Gala Dinner tonight

14 December 2013 - The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AJCCI) has announced that it will be hosting the ninth edition of its Annual Networking Event and Mega Gala Dinner, under the theme, ‘Inspiring Business Leaders,' tonight (Sunday on December 15, 2013) at the Kempinski Hotel in Ajman. The Annual Networking Event and Mega Gala Dinner will be held under the patronage of His Highness (HH) Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of The Ajman Executive Council.

The event is expected to be attended by more than 1,500 participants composed of top senior government officials, ambassadors and consular officers from foreign embassies in the UAE, officers and members from UAE-based chambers of commerce and representatives from various countries, companies and organizations. Many investment opportunities are expected to rise in the emirate following the networking event.

Mohamed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director – Business & Investment Development Sector, Ajman Chamber stressed on the economic impact of the event on Ajman as it represents a link between the government senior officials and the businessmen and potential investors in and outside the emirate. Also Al Janahi showed interest in the success of last year's event and is optimistic about this year's edition.

Al Janahi reaffirmed AJCCI's commitment to provide support to entrepreneurs and investors to boost economic growth in Ajman and the UAE in line with the leadership's directives aimed at creating new channels of communications to drive national economy by attracting investments and businesses from all over the world. “We are looking to employ the country's economic competences and incentives by offering proper infrastructure, easier procedures and a secure investment environment, in addition to promoting the many initiatives and projects adopted by UAE-based industry entities to support the economic sector”, Al Janahi added.

Key speakers at the event will include Mr. Abdullah Mowaji, Chairman of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Media professional Mr. Turki al-Dakhil and Mr. Osama Saeed Salman, Vice President and CEO of Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST). An exhibition that includes representations from 13 different countries along with local departments will be held in conjunction with the Annual Networking Event, in addition to an entertaining educational program and a closing gala dinner.
