The new simplified menu combines Kitchen 45 classics with a variety of new delicacies ideal for sharing, making for a more interesting and casual dining experience, and great for those wishing to try new flavours and creations whilst enjoying a relaxing evening with family and friends.

Chef Maxime Le Van, renowned for his personable and creative flare, is once again serving up the very best in modern European cuisine, fused with traditional Provençal inspirations and a strong Mediterranean accent. To start, the delightful range of ‘small plates' on offer include a Prawn Cocktail, served with Avocado, Lettuce & Marie Rose Sauce, a month-watering Lobster Tangliolini and a Veal and La Burata, served with Tomatoes, Basil, Truffle and Aged Balsamic, to name but a few.

Moving onto main courses, diners are invited to choose from a range of flavoursome options such as the Braised Lamb Shoulder with Toscanelli Beans, Sage and Anchovy Fritter, or the Roasted Duck Breast with Sweet Potato, Harissa, Milk Curd and Spices. The ‘mains to share' are equally as enticing, and include the Grilled Squid with Curry, Fig, Celeriac, Pomegranate and Herb or the fabulous Fritto Misto, with Fish, Shellfish, Vegetables and Salsa Verde. For diners looking for something a little more meaty, then there is the Grilled Wagyu Beef Rump with

Baked Artichokes, Dried Ceps and Spinach or the Rack of Lamb & Pumpkin, Grapes, Pecan Nut and Brown Butter, guaranteed to satisfy even the fiercest of carnivores.

Finally, no Kitchen 45 menu is complete without an array of delectable desserts. Sweet treats courtesy of Chef Maxime include the Pistachio Crème Brulee served with Chocolate Sorbet, Mangosteen and Coconut Pearls, or a light and refreshing Citrus Pavlova with Marshmallow, Meringue and Basil.
