Apparel Group hosts grand opening of the children's place at Mirdif City Centre

Apparel Group, a global fashion and lifestyle brand conglomerate based in the UAE, officially opened The Children's Place store at Mirdif City Centre with a fashion event on October 24, 2013. Apparel Group, which boasts the successful regional launch of brands like Aldo, Tommy Hilfiger, and Tim Hortons, now offers the market affordable, fashionable children's wear. The Children's Place, the largest pure-play children's specialty apparel retailer in North America, has more than 1,000 stores worldwide. In 2012 The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc. had more than 1.8 billion USD in net sales and an impressive history of more than 40 years in the business. The move to the GCC region comes at a critical time when parents are spending more than ever on children's apparel. The Children's Place now offers one-stop shopping and head-to-toe looks at their Mirdif City Centre premier location and plans to open additional stores in the GCC.
