Jumeirah Golf Estates to introduce Phase 2 of Fireside Community villas at Cityscape Global

[UAE, October 7, 2013] - Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), a luxury residential golf community located between Green Community and Dubai Sports City off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, has announced that it will roll out the second phase of its Fireside Community Villas at Cityscape Global 2013. Aside from introducing the latest batch of 19 exclusive units in the Fireside Community, JGE will also announce the handover of the first phase of its Whispering Pines Villas at the Middle East's largest international business-to-business real estate development and investment exhibition taking place from October 8 to 10, 2013 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

JGE will also announce the progress of ongoing developments and exclusive villa inventories as well as offer plots in the Wild Flower District where buyers can build their dream home around a golf course. The handover of the first villa at Whispering Pines took place today (October 7, 2013) to coincide with the company's participation at Cityscape. The Fireside Community is part of JGE's Fire Zone which also includes Orange Lake, Sienna Lakes, Sienna Views, Juniper Way, Valencia Grove and Flame Tree Ridge East and West residential communities. Whispering Pines and Wildflower, on the other hand, are located at the Earth Zone which also comprises Sanctuary Falls, Olive Point, Lime Tree Valley, and The Sundials communities.
