Dubai-based Celebrity TV Chef Joins Culinary Stardom of Internationally-Renowned Chefs with Canal Cocina Shows Canal Cocina, Spain's leading cooking TV channel has hired celebrity Chef Marta Yanci, owner and founder of Marta's Kitchen the boutique catering company of Dubai, to record a dedicated cooking show composed of 22 episodes. The series will premiere in October and will be aired to Canal Cocina's 9.6 million dedicated viewers. “I am delighted to start this great collaboration with Spain's leading food and cooking channel,” said Chef Marta Yanci. “I have to thank everyone at Dubai One TV for the lessons I have learned with Studio One TV,” said Marta Yanci. “I would not be here without the opportunity that Dubai One TV gave me by joining the Studio One team.” The 22-episode special series will showcase some of Chef Marta's signature dishes, who will also take the opportunity to introduce local Emirati dishes to the millions of viewers of Canal Cocina. “The concept of the series is to bring the spirit of Marta's Kitchen to this series: entertaining recipes that mix Spanish traditional cooking with the multinational global gastronomy I have learned in Dubai; all at an affordable price and with innovative presentation” said Chef Marta Yanci. “Of course, I will be honored to introduce Emirati food to the Spanish public but I can't tell you the dishes because that would ruin the fun!” Chef Marta joins an exclusive group of celebrity chefs that have recorded special series with Canal Cocina. Launched in 1998, this leading food and cooking TV channel has produced shows with some of the world's most famous chefs, such as Jamie Oliver and a wide array of Michelin-starred chefs such as Ferran Adria (three star Michelin chef and five-time winner of Restaurant Magazine's world's best restaurant award), Martin Berasategui (three star Michelin) and Quique Dacosta (three star Michelin). “It is an honor to join this exclusive community of reputed chefs with dedicated programs on Canal Cocina. I look forward to this great opportunity and to see the feedback from the viewers.” Chef Marta Yanci, who returned to Dubai this week after recording the series, is scheduled to join Dubai One TV Studio One magazine show next Sunday to showcase more recipes to Dubai's foodies.
