Papparoti Brings Its Bespoke Buns To Mirdiff City Centre

[Dubai, UAE – 02 September 2013] PappaRoti, the popular food and beverage brand, has brought its bespoke buns to Mirdif, Dubai. The signature eatery, which specialises in blended beverages and custom caramel buns, has opened up a new outlet in Mirdif City Centre, a move that takes its total number of serveries  across the UAE to 32.

“We are delighted to be opening up our 32nd outlet in Mirdif City Mall, as this is well-established as being a family mall and we are keen to showcase the fact that our menu offerings have something for every generation,” said Rasha Al Danhani. “It is hard sometimes to envision that we commenced operations in the UAE just four years ago. Our rapid rate of expansion is a testament to both the quality of the product we are offering and also the levels of discernment from customers in the UAE,” she added.

PappaRoti was introduced to the region in 2009 by Emirati entrepreneur, Rasha Al Danhani, Chairman and owner of PappaRoti Café. The concept of pairing a baked coffee caramel bun with a premium coffee beverage has caught on quickly, allowing the organisation to expand rapidly. PappaRoti has opened up an average of eight new outlets each year, making it one of the fastest growing food and beverage brands in the region, something that Al Danhani attributes to the growing café culture in the UAE.

“Enjoying a hot beverage with a delicious chewy accompaniment on the side is something that unites all cultures and with the UAE being such a cosmopolitan country, we believe we have tapped into a universal desire,” she commented. Walking past a PappaRoti café and it's difficult not to be enticed by the fantastic aromas from the freshly baked buns and brewed coffee. That's one of the reasons why PappaRoti bun has grown to become one of the restaurant industry's most amazing success stories,” she added.

PappaRoti's first kiosk opened in Malaysia in 2003, serving freshly- baked buns from the oven. The glazed offerings with their crispy outer layer and fluffy interior proved to be a massive hit and the concept of a server providing coffee caramelised-coated buns with premium quality beverages allowed PappaRoti to expand rapidly across the globe. There are currently over 200 PappaRoti cafes and kiosks worldwide – an enduring  testament to the brand's appeal.

About PappaRoti: Established in Malaysia in 2003, PappaRoti Trading Sdn. Bhd. and Papparoti (M) Sdn. Bhd. are the principals for the PappaRoti worldwide franchise.
