Meaning welcome in Tahitian, Manava invites guests to experience cuisines from the six food and beverage outlets on offer at the hotel, prepared and presented by a team of dedicated culinary professionals. Manava is Dubai's latest gourmet hotspot when looking for the ultimate brunch experience. Manava's extensive international brunch buffet sets the tone as you commence on your culinary journey through the signature delicacies from each of the six restaurants: Porterhouse, Moana, Studio du Chef, Hong Loong, Bottega and the Maui Beach Restaurant & Bar. Starting with antipasti, pasta, sushi, sashimi or foie gras, you can also feast endlessly on Carpaccio, slow roasted prime rib, Peking Duck, dim sum, fresh oysters, blue crabs, mussels, French cheeses and wines, as well as various live cooking stations.
In harmony with the hotel's Polynesian theme, Maui Beach Restaurant and Bar will be spoiling guests with traditional Polynesian-themed cocktails, as well as exotic BBQ grills. The culinary journey is accompanied by live entertainment. For those with children, qualified child minders offer you peace of mind while entertaining the little ones with face painting, crafts and games. There is even a separate and dedicated buffet for them. The Grand Brunch is available every Friday and is priced at AED 325, inclusive of soft drinks and signature mocktails, AED 450 inclusive of bubbly and selected beverages, AED 85 for youngsters between the ages of 6 to 11 and AED 135 for teenagers between the ages of 12 and 17. It is complimentary for children up to 5 years of age.
