Follow these steps to attain the results you desire from this look: - Apply the silver shadow over the eyelid and then define the upper lash line with the black eyeliner pencil.
- Subsequently apply the black cream shadow followed by the loose glitter to the eyelid. Then apply the black shadow to the crease and blend for a smoky effect.
- Line the lower lid and waterline with black eyeliner pencil
