TAMANI Hotel Marina sponsor of DTCM's Ramadan Al Multaqa

DUBAI: “As a regular initiative every year, TAMANI Hotel Marina participates and sponsors the Ramadan Al Multaqa of the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and this year the Hotel as sponsor of the entire campaign,” said Walid Al-Awa, General Manager of the Hotel.

He said, “We support all the initiatives of the government which include clean up UAE, clean up Dubai, clean up the world, earth hour and various awareness campaigns, and feel elevated while actively participating in all these programs.

“Besides the Ramadan Al Multaqa, TAMANI Hotel Marina also takes part in various social activities like blood donation during the month of July, charities and health awareness campaigns. For this purpose the Hotel invites big hospitals of the city to set up their blood donation camps where in-house guests are invited through advertising at different places within the property to donate blood. Guests respond to the call and come forward happily to join the campaign.”

Walid further mentioned, “In its monthly health awareness program, the Hotel organizes workshops and invites medical experts to deliver their address on important health-related topics like Pediatric, Gynae & Obs, and Ophthalmology etc. Hotel guests and employees attend the workshop and find solution to their health-related issues. The Hotel also arranges eye test facilities for guests and employees.

“Moreover, at least thrice a year, TAMANI Hotel Marina invites special need children to spend their day at the swimming pool and enjoy poolside fun with their parents.”

He said that TAMANI Hotel Marina is one of the best family hotels in the UAE as well as in the region that has registered 92 per cent occupancy during the first six months of the current year.

The Hotel also has the honor of welcoming repeat visits by guests which is about 32 per cent of the total occupancy rate. This shows TAMANI Hotel Marina's increasing popularity and demand as the Hotel excels in services, offers unique cuisine and maintains the culture of the country, Walid added.
