Abu Dhabi Police GHQ General Directorates Apply Balanced Scorecard Project

Signing of action plans in line with the project

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Wednesday, July 3rd 2013 [ME NewsWire]: The General Directorates at the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ today signed their action plans in line with the balanced scorecard application project for the various organizational units. This project embodies the vision and directives of Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. The signing ceremony took place following the meeting held by Abu Dhabi Police's General Directorates, which was headed by Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.

The participants discussed and reviewed the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ's future development plans as per the vision of the higher leadership in the presence of director generals and senior officers of the Abu Dhabi Police.

Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Major General Khalil DawoodBadran, Director General of Finance and Services; Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations; Brigadier General Dr. Saif Bu Dhufaira Al Ameri , Director General of Security and Ports Affairs; Brigadier General Faris Al Faresi, Director General Manager of Guards and Special Tasks; Brigadier General Amir Mohammad Al Muhairi, Deputy Director General of Police Operations; and Brigadier General Jassim Mohammed Al Marzouki , Deputy Director General of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police, signed the action plans in the presence of Colonel Saoud Al Saidi, Director General of the General Secretariat Department, and a number of senior officers.

The signing of these plans underscores Abu Dhabi Police's commitment to consolidate the concepts and standards of excellence, and implement the corporate performance management methodology.

Major General Al Nuaimi stressed that the advanced level that the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ has reached in terms of strategic planning and corporate performance management embodies the directives of the police leadership. “The changes carried out by the Abu Dhabi Police are based on in-depth and thorough studies, which are the cornerstone of the success and excellence that the Abu Dhabi Police has witnessed in implementing its strategic plans,” he commented.
