Ultra Brasserie in the heart of Emaar Square has announced Ramadan operating times. From 7am until 5pm it will be open for takeaway and delivery to offices throughout Emaar Square but will not be offering any dine-in service. It will allow office workers to choose from Ultra's range of healthy soups, salads, sandwiches, hot dishes, smoothies and fresh juices – all using the finest range of organic and locally-sourced produce. In the evening the brasserie is available for bookings with the team able to cater to groups both large and small. In the two months Ultra has been open at Emaar Square Building 4, thousands of workers have enjoyed cups of “freshly ground in the UAE” Raw coffee, healthy breakfasts and lunches and after-work snacks. Signature dishes include the free range chicken dusted with sumac, wild sea bass with crushed potatoes and lemon valuate and the Wagyu beef burger.
