Mina seyahi resorts celebrate ramadan with diverse iftar experiences across three hotels

Guests are invited to experience diverse ways of breaking fast, from generous iftar buffets and live terrace stations to a contemporary sharing menu.

26 January 2026, Dubai, UAE – This Holy Month of Ramadan, Destination Mina Seyahi invites guests to gather across its three beachfront resorts, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark and W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, each offering a distinct yet thoughtfully connected iftar experience. From generous international buffets and live terrace stations to a contemporary set menu, the Ramadan programme reflects the diversity of Ramadan dining today.

Across the destination, the culinary direction for Ramadan is led by Chef de Cuisine Elsayed Magdy, whose approach centres on authenticity, generosity and respect for tradition. With more than 20 years of experience and deep regional roots, Chef Sayed shapes menus that balance familiarity with variety, bringing together flavours from across the region and beyond.

At Mina's Kitchen and Latest Recipe, guests can enjoy expansive iftar buffets designed for sharing and discovery. A key highlight of both venues is the terrace experience, where live cooking takes centre stage. Stations include a live BBQ, a street-food inspired kumpir station, and a live kunefe station serving the classic dessert fresh throughout the evening. Seasonal and regional touches such as Turkish ice cream add depth and theatre to the experience. Inside the restaurants, the spread is anchored by an ouzi station, complemented by an extensive selection of cold and hot mezze.

At Ginger Moon, Ramadan is observed through a more contemporary lens with a curated iftar sharing menu served family-style in an open-air setting overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The menu features traditional starters and mezze, followed by sharing mains including mixed grill kebabs and Moroccan sweet potato tagine, and concludes with classic Ramadan desserts such as kunefe and baklava.

Designed for relaxed evenings and social gatherings, the experience offers an alternative to buffet dining while remaining rooted in regional flavours.

Together, the three experiences offer guests the freedom to choose how they wish to observe Ramadan - whether through abundant buffet dining, interactive live cooking, or a laid-back set-menu evening with shisha. What unites them is a shared commitment to chef-led execution, quality ingredients and the belief that Ramadan dining should feel welcoming, unhurried and generous.
