TAMM wins Best Comprehensive Government Application Award in GCC

Abu Dhabi, 10 October 2025: TAMM, Abu Dhabi's AI-powered super app, won the Best Comprehensive Government Application at the Gulf Digital Government Awards. Organised by the Gulf Cooperation Council, the biennial awards celebrate excellence and innovation in digital government services across member states.

The cross-government app combines more than 1,100 services into a single portal and was selected for its comprehensive end‑to‑end digital ecosystem, which enables 3.6million users to seamlessly access government services in just a few clicks.

The Best Comprehensive Government Application category recognises Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) entities that demonstrate outstanding digital transformation impact through accessible design, effective user experience, and measurable societal benefits.

By using AI to proactively provide services – from ID renewals to health appointments – TAMM also embodies the Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy, which is the emirate's bold vision to become the world's first fully AI-native government by 2027.

His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE), said: "This recognition is a testament to Abu Dhabi's commitment to continuously building government services that put people first, illustrating what is possible when innovation is coupled with empathy, and technology is guided by purpose. Driven by collaboration, our government provides quicker, smarter and hyper-personalised services – and TAMM is at the heart of how we are progressing our AI-native vision."

His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al Askar, Director General of TAMM, said: "TAMM's success is driven by our users – we have 3.6million and growing. We listen, iterate and innovate so services work seamlessly, end‑to‑end, across every touchpoint – setting a new benchmark for digital government."

By integrating processes across 90 public and private entities, TAMM simplifies key life events and business interactions, helping to deliver efficient, transparent and high‑quality services for the community.

From renewing drivers' licences and booking vehicle inspections, to attesting certificates and reporting community issues via photo, it uses AI to resolve 95 per cent of requests, allowing human agents to focus on complex queries. Plus, it has a customer satisfaction score of 92.5 per cent.

TAMM, which was also named the world's best eGovernment project at the UN-backed WSIS Prizes in July, is set to unveil world-first functionalities and features at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai.
