Owekitibwa Charles Peter Mayiga, Prime Minister of Buganda Kingdom, Uganda, visits Fakhruddin Properties' Dubai office

Dubai, UAE – 17th September, 2025 – Fakhruddin Properties CEO, Yousuf Fakhruddin and COO Fatema Fakhruddin welcomed Owekitibwa Charles Peter Mayiga, Prime Minister of Buganda Kingdom, Uganda and several of his ministers to the company's Dubai headquarters on 15th September 2025.

The visit marks a milestone in the long-standing relationship between Fakhruddin Properties and the Buganda Kingdom, further strengthening the bond between the company and the nation of Uganda. Since entering the market in 2016 under the guidance of His Holiness Syedna Muffaddal Saifuddin, Fakhruddin Properties has delivered over 600 homes and introduced countless lifestyle innovations to communities.

In the Business Bay office, the Prime Minister was presented the company's landmark developments – as well as its vision of crafting sustainable, wellness-driven living under flagship Treppan Living brand.

Speaking of Fakhruddin Properties' commitment to enhancing Uganda's housing landscape and creating sustainable communities, Charles Peter Mayiga said, “Today, I discovered something different about this company. Beyond real estate, I have witnessed a deep love of nature and the environment. I am fascinated by Yousuf Fakhruddin's knowledge and commitment to sustainability; this is something that needs to be emulated worldwide, so that 200 years from today planet Earth is still habitable.”
