Holistic therapist and coach Silfath Pinto highlighted the importance of belonging and community in bringing about real change during the 6th edition of the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) 2022.
At a session on the Wellness Stage on day one of the event, the healer — who is an expert in many transformative modalities such as mindfulness, NLP, somatic therapy and Reiki — emphasised that strong communities in any sphere of life are built through radiant hearts. She shared life and mind coaching tools and exercises with the audience in order to connect to their inner gifts, and to face and fight their inner critical voice.
Also taking place on the Wellness Stage were a flow yoga session by UForm and a sound healing session by Barakah Studio.
