Dubai, United Arab Emirates - August 19, 2021: The real estate and properties transactions valued at 4.4 billion in total during the week ending 19 August 2021. The sum of transactions was 1,367.
204 plots were sold for AED 965.28 million, 1,163 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.18 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Jumeirah First sold for AED 38 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 32 million in Al Nahda First, and a land sold for AED 38 million in Jumeirah First in third place.
Jabal Ali First recorded the most transactions for this week by 78 sales transactions worth AED 274.77 million, followed by Al Hebiah Third with 37 sales transactions worth AED 78.7 million, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 19 sales transactions worth AED 188 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 299 million in Palm Jumeirah, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 235 million in Marsa Dubai, and thirdly it was a villa sold for AED 187 million in Wadi Al Safa 5.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 999 million, with the highest being a land in Al Barsha South Fourth, mortgaged for AED 321 million.
66 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 344 million.
