Fuji roll, a fiery concoction of cream cheese, shrimp tempura, cucumber and avocado rolled together and topped with kani salad, crispy tempura, and tobiko, drizzled with spicy mayo and tare sauce is one the best sushi rolls to have this summer. If in need for a crunchy meal, Sumo introduces Coconut Prawns -a juicy prawns coated in panko and coconut that is fried to a golden brown and served with a creamy sauce.
